About YLP

The Young Leaders Program (YLP) at the Indian School of Business (ISB) helps undergraduate students gain a fresh perspective in management studies. The selected candidates get guaranteed admission to ISB's flagship PGP, contingent upon completion of 21 months of work experience. The program is apt for students with an outstanding academic and extra-curricular record.

Students in pre-final year of graduation. 

Who is it for?

YLP is for those accomplished undergraduate students who show potential and seek a curriculum that hones their skills in management studies. The program will act as a catalyst thereby enabling one to focus on their career in a structured manner. YLP provides you with an an opportunity to share thoughts and experiences with students and alumni from different professional and educational backgrounds. You gain by learning from ISB’s distinguished resident and international faculty. You will witness a fusion of tried and tested management frameworks and research-based contemporary curriculum. And for those of you who continue to do PGP at ISB, you will be able to apply to corporate companies across diverse industries spread across varied geographies.

The YLP advantage

  • Admission to PGP During the final year of this undergraduate program, with secure admission into the future PGP, upon completion of 21 months of work experience.
  • While you are in the two pre-PGP years, you will be attending four intensive weekend programs on the ISB campus at a gap of six months each. These program provide you with fundamentals of management education and also give you the tools necessary to develop your individual leadership skills.

Trivia YLP

ISB launched YLP in the year 2011. For getting selected to YLP, students should clear GMAT and the same will be valid after two years for admission into the PGP module.
